Keeping my fingers crossed
Its been a extremly busy past few days for my fiance and I.
As some of you may know we were kicked out of our apartment, we have to be out by the 15th of december... We have been stressing over what we are going to do and trying to find a place to live.. We decided we werent going to rent anymore due to all the bullshit weve been through.. We decided to take our chances and find a decently priced house to buy.
At first I was unsure if this was a good idea because its alot of responsibility owning your own house and honestly I was and still am a bit scared. Not to mention the whole $ issue...
We met up with the real estate agent on sunday and looked at some houses... Who would have thought we would have found the perfect one, at the perfect price?!
We absolutely loved it and decided to put in an offer..
Yes i know we are moving fast but thats just the way it happen to work out... we may be moving fast but we sure arent being stupid... Last night we went back over to the house with some friends and family for 2nd and 3rd opinions.. My Moms hubbie came and he knows a shitload about houses so he checked out everything to make sure everything was in good condition...
I'm also having a licenced home inspector in there on thursday evening to check everything as well... I lucked out there because the home inspector is one of my best friends dads and all hes charging me to do it is a case of beer....
I cant really say the house is mine yet but its pretty damn close... As long as the home inspection goes well and all of our financing then a sold sign goes up on friday:)
We may even be in the house before christmas... What a christmas present that would be:)
The house itself is gorgeous and I really love it, I was dissapointed at first though because its not the town that i would like to live in.. I would love to stay where i am now but the houses are more expensive and we cant afford it..
I wont be as close to Hella anymore:( but we will still be tight and see eachother all the time... I mentioned to her that I would even put a sign on one of my bedroom doors saying "hella's room"
So that my update with whats been going on in the land of Hollz for the past few days..
I will for sure be posting soon to let everyone know if I am a new homeowner or not..
Untill then I'm going to go and chill and watch my show (the biggest loser) and try and get some much needed rest!
